The above events are all limited to genuine quality crafts
only. No plastic, manufactured, mass-produced or other similar goods. The two events below have general markets for any goods as well as areas for quality crafts.
Birdman has sites for genuine NZ crafts; and general market sites in the kids area for kids' and fun goods
All types of goods may apply for sites at Kilbirnie Festival.
To apply for a stall, send in the completed application by post, WITH
payment, made out to Capital Productions. Your booking application is NOT complete until payment is received and cleared. You will then be advised if you are accepted. You will be refunded in full if you are not accepted. Please note, there are no stall refunds, as we all take a chance on the weather and other events beyond our control. The stall fees are all committed to advertising and facilities, as I'm sure you would like them to be.
No discussion will be entered into regarding stall fees not received on time - late prices and conditions apply to all late bookings (but may be refunded if any stall fees genuinely paid on time turn up later).
Food stalls must follow a different booking process and application. Please refer to the page for that event for instructions.
Biodegradable food containers are available from many suppliers including www.kiwigreenpak.co.nz, Moore Wilson's, and www.ayrpak.co.nz/eco-products
