Some of the events coming up from Capital Productions for the
2011-2012 season:
- Karori Fair, Saturday
10 December 2011. 10am-3pm. Held in the newly landscaped Karori
Community Centre grounds, off Beauchamp St, through to and including
St Johns Hall on Karori Rd. This Fair in NZ's biggest suburb
has a prime location and lovely new grounds to enjoy. Stallholders from the last two years have been emailed an offer - contact us now.
- Khandallah Village Fair, Sunday
11 December 2011. 10am-3pm. Held in Khandallah's shopping area Ganges
Rd and surrounding carparks. This small annual event is very popular
and successful for quality products.
- 350 Birdman, Saturday 21 Jan, Days Bay; & Monday 23 January, Wgtn's Waterfront. Birdman jumping off the wharf in costumes and contraptions competition. With several music stages, general market area, quality hand-made crafts market, kids rides and activities, and food stalls.
- Kilbirnie Festival '12 , Sunday 11 March 2012. This is one of Wgtn's biggest community
fairs and markets. (The early version of the stall application had the wrong late prices - now corrected.)
- A market day on Saturday 10 March, to precede the Kilbirnie Festival. Details tbc.
- Aro Valley Fair, Saturday 24 March (Sunday 25 if wet), Aro Valley Community Centre. A small community event for this unique community. Stall applications yet to be published.
